بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا فَأَعْرَضَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
A Glad Tiding and a warning, then most of them are neglecting, then they are not hearing.
The Book which distinguishes the single way to the Lord of the universe and different ways to the Satan is Glad Tiding for the believers who follow the way of Adhikr, and is the warning to the disbelievers who neglect Adhikr. The Arabic Qur’an reading Fujjar who are not ready to hear and read the Book Dhikree-Adhikr-are the disbelievers in to the hell as explained in verses 18: 100-101.
